brussel's parrot

Today, on my way to the gym, I encountered the most peculiar little parrot immaginable. Probably a former member of one of Brussels wild parrot colonies, he sat on a branch, calling out to me, crying for attention and sounding like a rusty honk. Of course he was immediately showered with the cutest names although he was a rather filthy little fucked up birdy with exploded feathers. Getting out the cookies he even climbed on my hand to pick up the crumps or better pick at my fingers (bird flew anyone ?), which must have appeared like giant worms. Checking back on him later he was gone. Hopefully being reunited with his friends but rather having found a more quiet place to die. Voilá, I met him for only 10 minutes, but he will always be in my heart...just kiddn'
